5 Axis CNC Machining With a 5ft x 10ft x 2.5ft Work Area

Over The years we have upgraded from 3 axis, to 4 axis, and now full 5 axis CNC routers. Our latest machine has a monster 5ft x 10ft table size, and 30 inches of z-axis travel.

The powerful 15kw spindle gives us the flexibility to do heavy milling, and intricate work like engraving with its 24,000rpm maximum speed. The 5 axis head allows access to 5 sides, even 6 sides of a part in some applications. Challenging geometries, sculptures, under cuts, there are many projects we can help you with using this machine.

Also this machine is specially customized for us, it is not an off-the-shelf cnc router. Our own spec ball screws, motors, rails, drives, spindle and electronics gives this machine an edge over the competition. Accuracy, speed, rigidity, all enhanced over most other 5 axis routers. This gives us the ability to process a wide range of materials wit high performance, over a wide range of applications. Low to mid-volume manufacturing of parts.
